Queen Mary's School thanks The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, for organising CISCE Inspire Webinar Series on Igniting Minds, Exploring Frontiers: The Convergence of Space, Education, and Industry with Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla on 10 October 2025.
In July 2025, Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, a distinguished test pilot of the Indian Air Force and one of ISRO’s selected Gaganyatris, undertook a historic mission to the International Space Station (ISS), orbiting Earth at an altitude of 400 km. His extraordinary journey, grounded in years of discipline, perseverance, and dedication, embodies the very ideals of curiosity, courage, and excellence.
The CISCE takes great pride in celebrating the remarkable achievements of Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, a former student at City Montessori School, Lucknow and one of CISCE’s most distinguished alumnus.
Along with many students from ICSE schools in India and abroad, our students, parents, teachers, alumni and all well-wishers were encouraged to watch the special interactive session with Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla titled ‘
Igniting Minds, Exploring Frontiers: The Convergence of Space, Education, and Industry’
